I hope this finds everyone healthy, rested, bellies full of amazing meals, and excited to get the New Year started. We have started to populate the program calendar on the LW website. Check frequently at .  If you are registered and paid, your player will be moved onto a team roster and your profile on your account should allow you to receive notifications if you have clicked that option.

Registration for the spring is openSign up Now. Don’t wait. Our deadline to submit teams for the youth league (GELL) schedule is Jan 15th. Most of the HS schedule has been solidified, there are always games added, changed, moved. The schedule can be found at High School Schedule

 We hope to have the entire schedule finalized in the next few weeks.

Big shout out to our 2019 Fundraising efforts, led by Scotti Records. These efforts, and the time and energy of so many of our KANG lacrosse family in our program have allowed the program to make some purchases for the teams.

Summer Lacrosse. If your player is itching and has the lacrosse bug, tryouts for summer lacrosse teams are coming up. Team Washington tryouts are January 7, 8, 9th at the Kirkland Lacrosse Center. Sign-ups are at

Special Moments this decade has given Lake Washington Lacrosse….

  1. Over 560 kids played lacrosse in South Kirkland in this Decade.
  2. Program split creating a new program Juanita and a stand-alone LW program.
  3. 3 HS All American, 4 HS Academic All Americans, 2 Bob Scott Awards and 1 LWHS Athlete of the Year.
  4. State Championship (2015).
  5. First Alumni Game, Thanksgiving, with over 40+ Former LW and Kirkland lacrosse players in attendance. Grad years 2005-2019 represented.

Spring Registration is OPEN here


  • US Lacrosse certified, professional coaching staff consisting of former youth, high school, and collegiate players/coaches
  • At the youth level, LWLAX is a member of Greater Eastside Lacrosse League (GELL)
  • At the high school level, LWLAX is a member of Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA), KingCo D1
  • LWLAX welcomes all experience levels
  • Training is key to peak performance; practices will begin in late February 2020
  • First official games of the season will be in early March 2020
  • Youth level plays 8-10 games per season with potential playoff/tournament play
  • HS level plays a maximum 20 games per season with potential playoff/tournament play
  • Season ends in late May, pending playoff/tournament play
