Player Expectations

Good Teammate: Lake Washington Lacrosse expect our players to lead the league in behavior that honors the game of lacrosse. Positive. LW will not tolerate unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behavior towards coaches, teammates, competitors, parents or officials.

Coachable: Players must participate in drills to be eligible and ready to play in games versus other opponents.  If your player is injured, please let a coach know and seek a doctor’s advice on how to best treat the injury so that your player can return safely to the team and field of play.

Attendance: Ready for practices – gear on and ready to begin (putting on gear can take a few minutes please take this into account).  Attend games - gear on and ready at time prescribed by coach (typically 30 to 45 minutes before game time).  Notify Team Manager in advance if not attending a game/ or Practice, so the coach can adjust were needed and plan accordingly.

**We understand there will be overlap with winter sports, and we support your player in finishing out that commitment.**

League Rule: Per GELL league rules players may only “play for” and be rostered with one lacrosse program at one age level for the spring season. League info can be found at www.eastsidelacrosse.org
